Gift Cards or Online Purchases

We use a third party service provider to make gift cards available to you. The information you submit while placing a gift card or online order, including your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information, is collected by our third party provider. Foster’s Grille does not collect or store your gift card information and will not share this information with other third parties.

Our use of links to any other website or location for your convenience or as a resource does not signify our endorsement of the site or location. We have no control over and cannot be responsible for outside websites or their content. Our privacy policy does not apply to these outside websites.

Children’s Privacy

If we receive knowledge that we have collected any individually identifiable information about a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information and not use or disclose the child’s information except as may be required by law.

Franchise Inquiries

Information and forms available on the franchise information section of the Foster’s Grille site are applicable only to prospective franchisees in the United States. All information submitted to Foster’s Grille is used only to assist in the screening of potential franchisees and will be kept confidential.

On our online franchise inquiry form, we will collect your name, address, email address, other contact information, and certain financial information and qualifications that must be entered. By submitting this information, parties agree that Foster’s Grille may retain and use the information you submitted to respond to your inquiry and to help us develop and improve our franchise marketing efforts. Information provided on an online form will become part of any future application for a Foster’s Grille franchise. We may disclose personal information to business partners, agents, or other third parties as part of our consideration related to any franchise application. We do not authorize any third party to use your personal information for any purpose other than to consider the franchise application.

Contests/Sweepstakes

Foster’s Grille will occasionally conduct or sponsor contests or sweepstakes with the opportunity to win prizes. Each contest or sweepstakes has its own terms and conditions. As part of entering a contest or sweepstake online or through a third party, personal identifiable information may be required.

Surveys

Foster’s Grille will occasionally, either independently or by utilizing a third party provider, ask you to participate in a survey about our restaurants and services.
